Worked unpaid as a messenger in the aspiration to gain business experience and with the effort and desire to help his parents.

At the age of 12

He became a manager.

At the age of 15

Later on became independent and setup his own business

At the age of 19
"At just 12 years old, Mr. Manolito L. Ong started working as a messenger, unpaid, but driven to learn. By the age of 15, he was a manager, and by 19, he founded his own business. This passion for entrepreneurship grew into what is now 168 Paragon International General Contractor and Equipment."

Company History Milestones

Mr. Ong established BLIM's General Merchandise Gravel and Sand, a sole proprietorship to deal with the governement and private sector which almost lasted fro more than 40 years in supplying all kinds of equipments, machineries, various parts and etc.

Mid of 1975

Another sole proprietorship company was born and named, 168 Paragon International General Contractor and Equipment
